PSEG Solar Source says it has completed its acquisition of two utility-scale solar projects from juwi solar Inc.
The projects will be located in Florida and Ohio. PSEG is also developing a third solar project, which will be located in New Jersey. The three projects will all be completed by the end of 2010 and will have a total capacity of 30 MW.
Under an agreement, juwi solar Inc. will provide the engineering, procurement, construction, and initial operation and maintenance services for the projects, which will be owned by PSEG Solar Source.
