SolarWorld says it will debut its 270 W Sunmodule solar panel this week at Solar Power International in Orlando, Fla.

Manufactured at the company's production facility in Hillsboro, Ore., the 270 W monocrystalline solar panel utilizes advanced light-capture and energy-conversion technologies in a 60-cell format, the company explains. The 270 W Sunmodule will be available for purchase beginning in December.

SolarWorld also notes that it is debuting a 265 W product this week that will be available for purchase beginning in October.
