Seminole Financial Services has closed on two solar projects with Enfinity America Corp., bringing its total to five separate transactions with Enfinity this year.

The solar projects on which the companies have partnered this year comprise one project in New Jersey and four projects in California. They include PV installations at a retail distribution center, two wastewater districts, an air traffic control facility, and a 10-building school district.

In all, the projects reflect 5.4 MW of solar installations and $19 million in construction borrowing, according to the companies.
