Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Development) has signed a joint venture agreement with CEMEX Energia to jointly develop renewable energy projects throughout Mexico.
The partnership says it plans to pursue development opportunities and project acquisition from third parties. The joint venture expects to build a portfolio of at least 1,000 MW of renewable energy projects over the next five years.
