New York-based Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP says Madeleine M.L. Tan has joined the firm's Energy, Environmental and Commodities Practice Group as a partner in the New York office.
Prior to joining Sutherland, Tan was partner and head of the project development and finance practice in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. She has handled hundreds of U.S. and cross-border, energy-related acquisitions and financing transactions covering multiple jurisdictions.
Tan advises equity investors, lenders and sponsors on the development, financing, sale and acquisition of conventional and renewable power generation projects, including wind and solar.
