SBM Solar Inc., a developer and manufacturer of non-glass, polymer-surfaced crystalline photovoltaic module technologies, has signed a letter of intent for a three-year supply agreement with SolarPower Restoration Systems Inc.
Under the letter of intent, SBM Solar plans to sell SolarPower Restoration Systems a minimum of 10 MW of PV modules per annum starting in 2009. The new type of polymer-surfaced and composite panel solar modules, engineered and developed by SBM Solar, will be delivered using SolarPower Restoration Systems' new SolarSeal technology.
