Heraeus Offers New Solar Service Labs In China, Germany | in News Departments > FYI |   |
The newly created photovoltaic materials business unit of Heraeus, part of W.C. Heraeus, has opened technical service labs and production facilities in Hanau, Germany, and Shanghai, China, to provide expanded global service and production support for PV manufacturers utilizing Heraeus' silver pastes for crystalline solar cells.
The two new tech service labs join the original North American facility located in West Conshohocken, Pa. The tech service and production facilities provides PV cell fabricators with regional testing and process optimization capabilities to maximize the performance of their cells, the company says.
