Sustainable Energy Technologies Ltd. says it is planning to base the North American manufacturing operations for its SUNERGY line of inverters in Ontario. The first deliveries from the facility are expected during the first quarter of 2010.
The company says it is targeting 120 MW of production capacity by the end of next year, and it will expand that volume to 250 MW in 2011. SUNERGY products will meet the Ontario Green Energy Act's "domestic content" requirements for solar PV systems, the company adds.
