Dyesol Industries Pty Ltd., the controller of the Dyesol suite of intellectual property and a wholly owned subsidiary of Dyesol Ltd., has established a subsidiary in Bavaria, Germany.
This company will pursue dye solar cell product development and commercialization opportunities that arise in Germany, particularly in Bavaria. The basis of the business will be collaboration and partnerships with industrial and government partners.
The subsidiary's managing director will be Dr. Keith Brooks, who currently surves as managing director of Switzerland-based subsidiary Greatcell Solar SA.
