Barry I. Skoultchi has formed Pro-Tech Energy Solutions LLC, a Branchburg, N.J.-based self-funded turnkey energy services company offering energy efficiency upgrades and renewable energy offerings to commercial facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Services available include photovoltaic system design, engineering and installation; energy monitoring selection, installation and system commissioning; management and coordination of state and federal grant applications; and assistance in the long- and short-term management and sale of solar renewable energy certificates.
