The product also offers improvements in scribe widths and standard deviations; scribe offsets; scribe pitch; measurement resolution; percentage of scribe missing and data for each scribe; spacing violations, such as scribes too close or overlapping or too far apart at any point; measurement of the amount of residual coating left in the scribes; and scribe defect detection.
