Centrosolar America Inc., a subsidiary of Centrosolar Group AG, and Border States Electric (BSE) have entered into an agreement under which BSE will distribute Centrosolar's PV systems.
BSE, an independent electrical distributor, sells its products and services predominately to the construction, industrial and utility industries. As part of the agreement, BSE will market PV panels and complete solar systems from Centrosolar via BSE branches in Phoenix; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Austin, Texas.
The two companies plan to target utility, commercial and residential PV solar projects, which are expected to amount to an order volume of 10 MW through the end of 2010.
