The FIT Coalition, which advocates for policies that will accelerate the deployment of cost-effective renewable energy, has named four additional members to its board of advisers. These four individuals join the original six members to provide guidance and advice on the FIT Coalition's mission to implement clean energy policy throughout the U.S. at the local, state and federal levels.

The following new members have joined the board: Josh Becker, general partner at New Cycle Capital; John Geesman, former California energy commissioner and co-chairman of the American Council on Renewable Energy; Dr. Dan Kammen, distinguished professor of energy at the University of California, Berkeley; and Terry Tamminen, former secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency and special adviser to California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
