Mid-South Synergy purchased a site on its distribution system for the project. TurningPoint Energy is providing owner's representative services. Array Construction is serving as building contractor. CoBank, Farm Credit Leasing and MSEC Enterprises are providing financial services and support.

Procurement of the design, construction, operations and maintenance components of the project have been completed. The project is targeted to break ground in July and be fully operational by the end of the summer.
